All you have to do is ask. We’re here for you 24/7. You want to store your laptop extra safely? Forgot your towel at home? Or you might need a taxi, some theater tickets or you would like to rent a bike? As we were saying, all you have to do is ask!

Carrying heavy luggage around can be quite a burden. Our storage, free of any extra charge, will make it much easier for you! You’re arriving at 6.30 AM, but the room is not available yet? You’re checking out at 11 AM, but your flight leaves much later that evening? Don’t worry, we got you covered!

Lobby Lounge
Make some new friends or just chill and relax – everyone’s welcome in our lobby lounge, the very heart of the Pfefferbett Hostel, with comfy armchairs or tables for 4, a lot of daylight and a great selection of drinks & snacks. And if it gets a little bit too chilly during wintertime... our open fireplace and perhaps an acoustic guitar… and you're feeling warm and cozy again for sure.

You might enjoy your daily evening pint, all kinds of soft drinks and long drinks, shots or craft beer from our very own brewery at our 24/7 bar. Have a drink before you leave or a nightcap after returning, hang out with your pals or make some new ones! “Berliner Luft”, which translates as “The Air of Berlin”, an iconic and highly addictive local peppermint schnapps, is also readily available. Fair prices only!

Free Games
Some love, some loathe it – but we sure can’t help ourselves and absolutely love playing pool! Which is why you can play here as well and for free – just grab the cues and get your pool set at the bar. During breakfast times our pool table needs a little rest for itself though – but don’t worry, you’re going to find two alternatives on our patio: table soccer and table tennis!

Garden
Recharge while relaxing! If you’re looking for a place to escape the big city for a while, we offer our very own private garden, a serene oasis right in the middle of Berlin. Just enjoy it here while having a cup of coffee, some cocktails or a couple of pints – our bar staff will take good care of you! And if you’re looking for a perfect summer evening just throw yourself a little grill party with your own choice of food – we have everything for you in order to do so readily available everyday till 10 PM.

Clean socks for free!
Just kidding! But you’re very welcome to use our laundry service. Get some washing powder and a key for the laundry room at our reception. Start the washing machine, keep the time in mind and hand back the key. Simple as that! Our laundry room is equipped with two washing machines and two dryers to keep your socks extra fresh and clean.

Bathrooms
No matter which type of room you have chosen, all our bathrooms and showers meet our very high standards – rain showers & handheld showerheads, always the latest equipment and chic design! Women’s and men’s communal bathrooms are separated and have 4 lockable shower cabins as well as additional washbasins. You can borrow a hair dryer for free or rent a towel at the reception for only 4,50 €.

Housekeeping
Good housekeeping – that means cleaning discreetly and with great care! We want to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible – which is why we scrub and disinfect your room with a friendly smile on top. Our Pfefferbett team will make sure that you feel right at home. Or perhaps even better!

Seems old-fashioned? Maybe, but why not! Zeitgeist comes and goes, while some things have a lasting value. So we decided to make original Pfefferbett postcards – send them to your beloved ones at home or keep them to yourself as a reminder of your time in Berlin!
